Production Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production unless otherwise stated.
Rush orders must be approved prior to purchase.
Packaging of Large Props (Coroplast Cutouts)
To keep shipping affordable and prevent freight-level pricing, oversized props may be:

Scored and folded in half

Shipped in multiple panels for assembly

Carefully packaged in heavy-duty boxes to prevent edge damage
Folding/scoring is done professionally and will not affect the front design or structure once set up.
Assembly
Some props may require:

Light unfolding
-
Simple panel alignment
-
Attaching included support pieces (if applicable)
No special tools are required unless otherwise stated.
Vinyl Lettering & Decals

Cut vinyl lettering includes transfer tape (unless otherwise specified).

Printed decals without masking are shipped flat or rolled depending on size.

Large decals may ship rolled in tubes to prevent creasing.
Application instructions are available upon request.
Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on size and destination.
Tracking is provided once your order ships.

Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery.
If there is shipping damage:

Take clear photos of the box before opening

Take photos of the damaged item

Email us immediately
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Important Notes About Folds & Creases

Fold lines are intentional for shipping efficiency.

Crease lines are typically placed in less noticeable areas when possible.

Once set up, fold lines are minimally visible from event distance.
